Located on the coast, this farm has beautiful coastal vistas with a dynamic landscape. The farm is focused on producing calves and lambs for finishing on other Landcorp farms. Te Apiti was severely affected by the 2011 storm and suffered significant slipping which has since been repaired and afforested.
